Hi! My name is Angie and I am navigating through menopause. I feel like that sounds like I am in a 12-step program. Honestly, it kind of is! I hit perimenopause in my early 40s after having a hysterectomy, but had a few symptoms a few years before that. I found that the women in my life rarely talked about menopause and what was going to happen to my body. Frustrated with the lack of support from family and physicians, I saw two different OBGYNs, one of whom was a woman. I started to do my own research, not just for myself but to provide menopause coaching and nutrition guidance for my close friends. Ten years later, I am now a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Fitness Kickboxing Instructor, and a Women's Fitness Coaching Specialist. I can't wait to help you navigate through your menopause journey.
At Angie Sandin Fitness, I focus on menopause coaching tailored to each individual client. My mission is to assist women in navigating their menopause journey through effective women's fitness strategies, nutrition guidance, and stress reduction via targeted training programs. I believe that women should be lifting heavy and truly enjoying this transformative journey.
